Content server installation on windos server 2003.

Hi All,
I installed apache 2.6 and configured the load module as per install doc. Still I am facing the below error.Kindly help out of it ASAP.
"network message format error.unable to parse browser environment or content item unable to parse properties.Name-value pairs are missing an'='".

try rebooting the content server, then rebooting the web server.
